Exhibitions archive

In addition to its permanent collection, the National Museums frequently offer visitors the chance to see temporary exhibitions. They take an in-depth look at specific topics and issues, making the museums engage in dialogue with the past and the present. There is a lot of movement at the museums: many of the items from their collections are on loan to other museums and establishments in Italy and other countries. This page contains a collection of overviews of the exhibitions that have taken place in the museums and those in which the museums hava participated.
